Prospector's Bidder Search is similar to eBay's except that the items are shown in a Result View.
Access
This search is available through the Quick Search Toolbar.
Select Prospector Bidder Search as the Search Type, provide an eBay user id and click Enter.
Notes
If you lose an auction to a bid sniper, there isn't much you can do to track their next move, but you can try a Bidder Search on their completed items. You may find sellers of items that interest you.
