Bookmark pages let you save a web address and dedicate a tabbed browser page to it.

While they can be used to save searches on eBay that you've set up exactly as you'd like, they can also be used for searches on other websites including places like Craig's List. An update of a bookmark page would then reload the page and let you see the latest results.

To create a bookmark page, choose one of the following to bring up the New Bookmark Page dialog:

· Search menu / New / Bookmark Page
· Search Tree context menu / New / Bookmark Page
· Control-Shift-B keyboard shortcut

Enter a name for the Bookmark Page and a web address, and click OK. The Bookmark Page will show up in the Search Tree with a globe (Bookmark) icon. A tabbed browser page with the same name will also be created.

Tips

If you first create the search exactly as you like, or navigate to the page you'd like to save, Prospector will fill in the address field with the current web address for you.

To convert over from a Captured Search, right click on the Captured Search icon and choose Replay On eBay. You can then press Ctrl-Shift-B and a New Bookmark Page dialog box will come up with the web address already filled in.

Notes

Search Groups and Searches cannot be placed within Bookmark Pages.
